Todd Montgomery is a veteran resource executive with more than 38 years of experience founding and advancing mineral projects, including a $287M acquisition by BHP.

Todd Montgomery is the CEO and Director of Triton Uranium. He brings more than 37 years of mineral resource development, project monetization, and public company leadership. He is a Saskatchewan-born venture capitalist, who has founded and guided multiple mineral projects to successful outcomes, including Anglo Potash, acquired by BHP Billiton for $287 million.

Todd has led major discoveries and developments across uranium, potash, rare earths, oil sands, and strategic metals, including key roles with Hathor Exploration, Synenco Energy, and Strategic Metals Development Corp.

He has a proven track record in identifying emerging markets and advancing high-value assets, positioning Triton Uranium for long-term success.

Scott Evans is a seasoned executive with more than 23 years of experience advising, strategizing, and investing in mining projects across Canada and the United States. He has played an active role in the development and oversight of numerous mining ventures and has served on multiple private-sector boards, contributing strategic insight and leadership across a range of industries.

Mr. Evans is also a successful entrepreneur and the former owner of Moose Jaw Ford in Saskatchewan. Over more than 25 years, he built the dealership into one of Canada’s fastest-growing automotive companies and was recognized with multiple awards for leadership, sales performance, and operational excellence.

Gary Billingsley is a geologist, engineer, and long-time public-company leader with nearly 50 years of experience across major mineral discoveries and rare earth development.

Gary Billingsley, B.Sc., P.Geo., P.Eng., CPA, serves as COO, Director, and Technical Expert Advisor for Triton Uranium, bringing nearly 50 years of global resource-sector experience.

With more than 38 years as a public company director, he has contributed to landmark projects including Saskatchewan’s largest producing gold mine, multiple diamond-bearing kimberlite discoveries, and a junior potash company later acquired by BHP. 

Gary is an early leader in advancing rare earth projects outside China, and has multidisciplinary expertise spans natural gas, battery metals, precious metals, and base metals. His technical depth and financial acumen continue to guide high-value mineral projects across North America.

David Heighington

David Heighington is a corporate and securities lawyer with over 25 years of experience guiding public companies through financings, transactions, and governance.

David D. Heighington, Barrister & Solicitor, brings nearly 25 years of corporate and securities law experience supporting public and private companies across Canada. He advises issuers on mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings, IPOs, commercial transactions, and corporate governance, with a strong track record guiding junior and emerging companies through complex regulatory environments.

Called to the Alberta Bar in 2000, David has also served as a director, officer, and founder of multiple public and private companies, giving him deep insight into capital markets and disclosure requirements. His practical, business-driven legal approach supports strong governance, compliant growth, and long-term value creation.

Alisdair I.P. Leeson, B.Comm., CA/CPA, serves as Chief Financial Officer, bringing a strong track record of financial governance, capital markets oversight, and regulatory execution for public companies across Canada and the United States.

With more than 60 completed audits, including reviews by Revenue Canada, the IRS, IIROC, and U.S. state regulators, Alisdair has deep expertise in financial controls, disclosure standards, and risk management.

He has supported high-growth companies through financings, strategic planning, and disciplined capital allocation, working closely with entrepreneurial teams to scale operations. His broad sector experience in energy, advanced manufacturing, and technology supports a rigorous financial approach that strengthens investor confidence and long-term value creation.

Kevin Doherty brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience across the private, public, and non-profit sectors. As a former twice-elected Saskatchewan MLA for Regina Northeast, he served in multiple Cabinet roles including Minister of Finance, Advanced Education, and Minister Responsible for SaskTel, providing deep expertise in regulatory environments and strategic economic development.

Kevin previously held executive roles with SaskPower and senior management positions in major global corporations such as Bayer and GlaxoWellcome. He has served on prominent boards including the University of Saskatchewan and the Regina Chamber of Commerce. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

Grant Devine

Dr. Grant Devine is an agricultural economist and former Saskatchewan Premier recognized for advancing the province’s resource and energy industries.

Grant Devine

Dr. Grant Devine is a Saskatchewan agricultural economist, business leader, and former Premier whose vision advanced the province’s resource and energy sectors. With a PhD in agricultural economics from Ohio State University, he first contributed to national competition policy through influential research in food retailing.

As Premier from 1982–1991, he championed investment by opening government-controlled potash, uranium, and oil industries to public markets, and supported NAFTA and tariff reductions to expand global trade. Devine has secured nuclear research collaboration with Atomic Energy of Canada, advanced major infrastructure including heavy oil upgraders and natural gas distribution. In addition, he has strengthened partnerships with Indigenous, rural, and urban communities.

Mark Getzlaf is an environmental engineering leader with more than 35 years of experience supporting mining operations, compliance, and large-scale environmental programs.

Mark Getzlaf

Mark Getzlaf is an environmental engineering leader with over 35 years of expertise supporting mining and heavy industry in Western Canada. As President of ClearView Environmental Consulting Ltd., he provides strategic guidance in environmental management, regulatory compliance, dam safety, and tailings/brine systems, delivering efficient, results-focused solutions for mining clients.

Previously, Mark led environmental programs for Nutrien and PotashCorp for 16 years, including major mine expansions, environmental assessments, and radiation and air emissions oversight across potash and nitrogen operations.

He chaired the Saskatchewan Potash Producers Association’s Environment Technical Review Committee and earlier managed provincial environmental regulation for potash, uranium, and other mining activities.

David Pinkman

David Pinkman is a Canadian business executive and corporate director with over 35 years of extensive experience in energy and resource development. He served as Interim CEO and CFO of Synstream Energy Corp. where he currently serves as a director.

Pinkman is CFO, Company Secretary, and director of International SoftRock Oil Company Limited, and a Director of Builders Capital Mortgage Corp. His past leadership includes Red Rock Energy Inc., supporting uranium project development, and Jupiter Power International, where he helped advance major independent power operations in Southeast Asia.

He is also a corporate and securities lawyer, who holds an LL.B. from UBC and a B.A. from the University of Calgary.
